Bookstore Refund Policy

Effective June 1, 2012

 

ALL REFUNDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT AND PICTURE ID. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For a full refund, all merchandise must be in an as new condition, as determined by bookstore staff.

 

TEXTBOOKS & ESL BOOKS:

New and used textbooks may be returned for a full refund one week from the date of purchase. Two weeks from the beginning of term in September and January.

Books which include CD’s or DVD’s or items with are shrinkwrapped, are nonrefundable once the package is opened.

Coursepacks are nonrefundable.

 

OTHER MERCHANDISE:

Return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

All discounted sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Software or audio products are nonrefundable.

 

RULES:

If you paid by Credit Card, you will be credited on your Credit Card.

If you paid by Debit Card, you will be credited on your Debit Card.

If you paid in Cash, you will be given cash.

 

All funds are taken in CND.
